With 142 distinct recipes, ranging from soups to various types of rice, the true star of the dishes is undoubtedly the Ecuadorian “ceviche,” which is absolutely delicious!
During your Manta food tour, you can immerse yourself in the local food and culture. We will begin with a delightful local breakfast and freshly brewed Ecuadorian coffee at Casa Rosada, a beautifully restored heritage house steeped in history. Following this, we will visit the fish market with a local chef who will expertly select the best ingredients for our cooking class. The class will be followed by a well-deserved lunch, where you will have the chance to sample our famous ceviche!
But that’s not all! After lunch, we will take you to a beer garden where you will taste Ecuadorian best craft beers. Cheers to an unforgettable experience!
